What you believe is mutually exclusive to the HARC by-laws. As for the reason that a person was removed, you are incorrect. All information is on the HARC website. Please look at it before posting incorrect information. Everything that HARC has done and is doing is by the book. Please state a bylaw that has been broken or stop the conjecture.

well did HARC board inform the membership in writing that you have changed the date and times of the meetings .
HARC has not held an election in 2 years.
The first order of business when the 3 of you took over was to state you wanted to re brand HARC ?

HARC has informed membership of meeting dates and times, however we have not changed the date and time of meetings since they were established at the beginning of the year. By-laws Article 3, Section 3, Option D. We've also heavily utilized the internet to broadcast days/times. The newest e-newsletter that came out also has the meeting times in it (paper copies available in the community center).

I wish HARC had enough people volunteering to hold an election. We could hold an annual uncontested election, but that seems like a waste of dues money (printing, paper, ink, postage, all $$). As it stands, no one has run for the board in quite some time and vacancies have been filled (Article 4, Section 11). Running an empty election would result in more costs and no difference in filling vacancies.

I don't know who the "3 of you" are. There was a legitimate Rebranding Committee formed by the former VP many months before I joined the board. I did attend Rebranding Committee meetings, as a volunteer, before joining the board. I think that it's good to volunteer with a group before you join, that way everyone knows what they're getting into.

I do realize that timelines and projects can get confusing when you're reading about them from afar, so questions are welcome. Smile

there has been less transparency with each new group that moves into the HACA and HARC boards . less informing the membership about meetings , less information on how much money is collected and where it is being spent . moving more in the private club direction, self serving. the few paying/donations of money coming in is more likely from absentee owners that are not aware of exactly what is going on with both organizations. the board members openly on facebook insult the paying membership , little to no respect for who is paying the bills and the position which they hold . both HACA and HARC . there are solutions to this , the membership if it wants to continue with a community association needs to take action , the trust that granted the property needs to be informed and the funds need to go into a receiver account.

This is false. The new HARC board has uploaded years worth of minutes to the internet (including the years that you served on the board, which you never posted), financials posted are current to February (but I'll request the March financials are posted asap), we've sent out two informative newsletters (one to every lot owners mailing address, and one available to any person anywhere at any time online), we've been forthcoming about any issues that have come up. I have truthfully answered all of your accusations, even backing up myself up with paperwork available online. Yet you're still making accusations against HARC, without anything to back it up. Please make use of the documents provided to everyone and cease with the libel.

CF why would I post minutes on the internet . I have never received any newsletters , must not be on the mailing list.
I did ask how much money was spent on the 1-2 loads of rock for C road said you would tell me when you got the invoice.

there you go the libel , no one is allowed to question or speak out about HACA and HARC , if they can't be silenced then the next step is threaten . it is being done daily on facebook . tiffany hunt is the latest person to be threatened by the board over posting on facebook . HACA is demanding that she remove her post because they don't like what she said.

You should have posted your minutes to have the same transparency that you ask me for. I said that the financials would be posted, I didn't say that I would seek you out personally to update you. If you didn't get a newsletter, than perhaps your address is incorrect in our database. Please send me an email or call the office to correct that. Please sign up on the website for the e-newsletter. I have not threatened you. I asked you to please stop making false and defamatory remarks.
