heres my suggestion. hire licensed contractors to do road work . ask for help and guidance on how to fix and maintain roads to avoid wasting money . spend less money on administration costs.

we as an association could afford to do exactly as you suggest ,,, IF everyone were to pay the dues. AS IT IS NOW ,, that's just a dream BECAUSE , you and others have wrecked the money train .

really i think that HACA and HARC did it to themselves. or closer to your words perhaps all i did was place signs on the track and HACA and HARC built the tracks leading off the cliff .

Harc was able to reduce admin allocation by 2% this year. What methods would you use to reduce admin costs further?

so how much of the money goes to administration ?? 20% to administration ? 10,000.00 in office wages ? or more , that is alot of cash .

Your figure would indicate that our current balance is at $50,000 which is incorrect. Admin does cover office manager wages as well as office supplies, etc. What would you consider a decent wage? What extraneous expenses would you remove? What was the admin budget for the 6(?) years that you were on the board? Perhaps you had a better system, it would be great if you shared that system with us.

cf the amount of money taken in with transfer fees i estimate to be close to the 50 K if not more . it would be way cheaper to just pay an outside contractor to service the business on a monthly basis . as it stands now both HACA and HARC are combining services and office which is co mingling . thats a problem

she cant do it ,, cant offer straight info as to positive change ,, all she can do is stonewall and make stuff up ,,, if she could have done it better during her term,,, we would all be hearing about every minor detail,, but because we aren't being flooded with good ideas from her experience than we should move on ,,, im sure we all have a pretty good idea how NOT to do it ,, come on show us just a couple of your terms great successes !
