Cesspool or septic system? Design ideas?

Lucky you!!! Ours is a more long term transition, but we would like to get something built fairly soon hopefully...whenever I've built up the confidence ;-)

Would someone recommend a cesspool professional to me? Our puka is ready to be topped. Unfortunately we have been delayed perhaps for an extended period. Our place was cleared and cesspool dug anticipating our April relocation when we were going to put the cap on.

Unfortunately we didn't make the April move and now need to hire a professional to finish the cesspool by capping it off, as our contractor is out of town for a months vacation. Mahalo for any information.
