Royall, I don't know about on Jade but I think the last name is Yokoyama and I don't believe it is built yet. That is not to say that there isn't another. Al Dunn from wbs told me last week the material was just being shipped so it should be under construction soon.

Have you checked out Pierson Building supplies they are in Keaau,Shipman Business Park. They do package homes and are very flexible with changes. We went with them and so did our friends. We added a 20'x10' lanai in the front and moved the carport from the side to the back for more privacy. I can send you photos if interested. Our package was $40,000 for 1300 sq ft living and 1900 total under roof including carport/laundry room & lanai.

Across the street from our friends house in Ainaloa there is a HPM house going up and let me tell you this home has Great "curb appeal"it is the Lauhala model and if you are looking for a home with a large front lanai this is the one. I wasn't able to go inside but did walk on the lanai and look in the master bedroom is huge. Looks like an old plantation home. I did not see a car port but i am sure it could be added on.

Lee could you tell if the ceiling were vaulted or low. Perhaps you saw it go together was it stick built roof or a manufactured truss. Anyway you are surely right about its curb appeal and very much like the WBS design that we are looking at. although abit large for our simple needs. Love the outdoor living effect with large lanais.
