We arrived on Jan. 27. Our permit was ready on the 30th. Built temp power pole Jan 28. Feb 1 cesspool installed. Built tool shed on Feb 2. Got power on Feb 3. Cement forms Feb 3 also.Feb 5 Went Costco 260 miles round trip. Feb 6 put up temp Garage from Costco. Feb 8. Phone installed. Tomorrow water catchment and under slab plumbing installed. Saturday Potluck.

Good Question Nancy. I'd say alittle of both.
We were on Oahu for 4 months before here and
did some scheduling/contracts by phone from there. Made one trip over to do some of the foot work. Sometimes things fall in place sometimes they don't. I'm sure there will be setbacks ahead. When building theres always something.
