It has become an abomination for our Puna. What can we do? The amount of calls to police and fire, almost on a daily basis (sometimes 2 or 3 times a day) is unacceptable. [

Who the hell owns this place now, and who the hell can make a change?
Appreciate any proposed solutions...it is out of control, and a detriment to our Puna.

Apparently, the new owner is John's family who inherited it when his father (in whose name the house was) died. An eviction notice has been placed and I think it is a matter of a short time before everyone must leave. What happens next is anyone's guess but the new owner lives on the mainland and I am imagining will want to get rid of it.

I know someone involved. The plan of attack by the new owner, John's stepmother is having it cleaned out and assessed for damages. She will then decide how much she wants to invest in fixing it up before it goes on the market. I've heard it's quite trashed.
Seaview has small lots and is growing rapidly, and the folk there seem to be "party" oriented. Loud parties the last time I visited on a weekend including sub-woofers on cars in the front park. They need to clean that up. Lots too small for boom boom and loud drunks.

Primer grey sedans on Nanawale and Kahakai are pretty much a dime a dozen.
Official car color (grey primer honda civics) of the nuisance causing young men of lower Puna. Often with puka muffler, no muffler, or modified muffler. No muffler, but plenty bass in the trunk.
