Website still down?
We have not decided on an open house yet. I need to stand in it, ideally while the sun is out. In the meantime, are there maybe some detailed mechanical drawings?

Must be hosted on WIX or Weebly or one of the many other "datamining" providers. The web gets less useful every day...

Rob, is there any data available about the permissible floor loading? Will it hold my knee mill? How about a vehicle? If so, is it possible to add a roll up door?

I expect to have a engineer calc the load cpacities this coming week. I'll make that information available as soon as it's in.
I frankly think a garage should have a concrete slab but in my opinion the floor joists of these buildings are capable of carrying a car or any type machinery. But I don't want to say that these farm buildings can fit every situation. They will do a lot, but not everything.

From the (much better) pictures on the website, it's pretty clear that insulated roof panels would be required to make the space "livable", as the all-metal construction (roof, purlins, trusses) would make a lovely thermal pipe, even with a drywall ceiling and insulation.

I hope to see one when fully assembled as well. I have another question concerning the insulation within the panels;;;;;Does it breakdown or serve to attract mould? i.e. possible drainage issues within the panels themselves and rust concerns?
