It's work exchange, where's the income?

IRS taxes both sides of a barter transaction, no income required.

Make it almost impossible to legally have a B&B or any short-term rental in Puna

Correct: competing with the State-sanctioned Banyan Drive resorts is not allowed.

Watched the episode last night. Eh, they just look ridiculous as far as I'm concerned. Not my cup of tea. I only watched whole ep to see local areas. Not interested in these people in the least.

I watched the show, and a show it was. CNN "fake news" obviously colluded with Jesus and his gang and pretended they are a cult. OMG, I hope they were paid well.

He and everyone who knows him uses the Spanish pronunciation of his name spelled Jesus but sounds like "Hey Sus". Jesus/Hey Sus is a common name in Mexico.
