Could use the chain gang method to clear the ROD and Albizia problem with a real strict "warden" that keeps no conversation, eyes on the job, keep working attitude to limit "scoping" ones property while keeping record of who was distracted, and by what for future reference if needed.
The embarrassment of being exposed to those he has assaulted either physically or by fear itself I feel is far worse than sitting in a jail yard bragging about it to his new "peers", to "wassup homey, good to,see you again, what's it like outside"?

Would be nice to see some revenue generated from convicts like Lucas Rivera.

I've heard that WOOFERs are often not worth the trouble even though their labor is free, for various reasons. I would not want to have to count on getting useful labor out of somebody as far gone as this Rivera guy.

If Lucas gets probation, I will be disappointed. Not surprised just disappointed.
