Hundreds of plants being grown would indicate some level of orginazed crime.
Unless the grower has a State-issued "license", then it's totally OK, even though it's still "illegal under Federal law".

Still organized, still a crime, just tolerated locally in exchange for a cut of the action.

You can usually tell green harvest operations since they usually fly with doors open. Alot of time in neighborhoods they are checking to see if medical growers are not exceeding numbers and tagging plants, any untagged plants are usually removed. They seem to spend a fair amount of time checking medical gardens. IMO

A few years ago they spent WAY too much time over our property. I'm "guessing" its because I had just cut a lot of trails through and made some clearings but it was just ridiculous. They were scaring the crap out of our parrots. I wanted to call them and say instead of risking murdering several members of critically endangered species, they can get off their ass and plow through the jungle with a machete like I do if they want to explore, then I thought better of it for fear they may "discover" something that they brought with them to get back at me for whining.

"Doors off" is also available from one of the tour carriers. The difference is: with GH flights, you can make out their facial expressions.

Happened to me too -- I think it's because they "know" you have pot plants, and you "must be" hiding them somewhere, somehow.
The solution is totally counterintuitive: get a pot plant, put it out in the yard for the helicopters to look at. Once they saw it, they stopped flying over my house.

It was a uh 72 Lakota. This one is modified with all the goodies like cameras recording you. If you don't like your neighbors flying drones with cameras, you will love this guys equipment.

It was typical green harvest aerial activity in my neighborhood (upper Nanawale) 3 or 4 days last week. I gave em a good laugh....out transplanting banana trees, they were right above me. After about the 3rd passover, I looked right up to them and flipped them the bird, then tripped and fell hard on my back, right out into my little unpaved street, even pounding my head in the road. Instant karma! At least I haven't seen it on FB !

Interesting note to add is that Gov Ige signed HB1488. This increases the number of plants from 7 to 10 and brings back caregivers.

However, the department of health ... has been unable to provide assurances that the dispensary program envisioned by Acts 241 and 230 will be fully implemented in the near future.
Really? Never would have guessed.
