Interested in forming a intl monthly cooking group

Aloha to all that are here on the big island (or visit at the right
timeframes) - for those of you that may be interested, i would like to
initiate a monthly dining/cooking event here on the big island. The
members that participate will rotate to various homes and do a themed
event...ie northern italian night,thai night and that month's sponsor will create the theme, the menu and distribute to interested parties in the group via email, evite,etc. Those participating will choose a dish from the menu, appetizer,main entre, dessert and post what they will be bringing to the event and they will introduce their dishes and preparation at the appropriate serving timeframe.

The month's sponsor will have complete control of their event,
including menu, who to invite additional to the regular members,
drinks, extra events to be included into the them, ie music, movies,
promo's that would tie into the theme.

If this sounds like something you might be interested and are already
located on the big island, please email me and lets get things
going......I would not mind starting sponsoring the first
event....Chinese Night in Orchidland.

I have been part of this kind of thing before, it's lots of fun! I wish I were in Puna, I would cook Chinese! (My wife said I cook better Chinese food than she does. That's a compliment from a Taiwanese lady!)
