Ohia trees are dying rapidly, Why?
In my opinion, there's stuff being posted here by both parties that really shouldn't be here.

Agree. gypsy, amazing how the same people are drawn to you like a magnet. Mudslinging here too.

and will share it w/friends and family. Mahalo gypsy69. Storm Isaiah almost blew over our beautiful yellow ohia that grows near the edge of our property and is leaning into the empty lot next door. It's thriving very well although I wish we could somehow prop it back towards our yard. I'm afraid we may kill it if we do. Unfortunately we lost a yellow ohia a couple yrs ago. Knowing how special the ohia are, we didn't clear pin to pin and intentionally left several red and orange ohia in the front and back yard of our 1/2 acre property. A majority of them are doing well as is a majority in the forest on Kaloli Pt, so far.
