Liberty? The only expansion was w/etc, meaning w/* could include anything. All the stuff came from your own posts.
This is not a personal attack, it's constructive criticism. Your posts have confused people; look back in the thread. I don't believe HPP problems will ever be solved by confusing people. Please try and be more succinct, brief and assume your audience, i.e., HPP residents, don't know what you're talking about. Make it clear to them. Right now, at least to me, your posts come across as someone with inside knowledge and assumes everyone else has that knowledge, hence the shorthand and acronyms which I find confusing and a turn-off. They don't help others understand the situation unless they're intimately involved.
I think a lot of what you say is probably true, but it's presented in a confusing and unreadable way. Change that and you might get a lot more support. You'll get that from me if you make things clearer.

These are all your critical posts about the same topic "confusion of how I post":
1) 17 Feb :21:34, 2) 16 Feb :11:39 3) 14 Feb 21:40:30 4) 8 Feb 1:13:27 5) 7 Feb 23:16:03 6) 7 Feb 23:11:59, 7) 6 Feb 23:20:45.
Two others were confused, two. By what others post here tells me they aren't confused.
I think the number of your posts shows this is a personal attack. I hope I'm succinct enough for you to get this: I will take note of the contents of your newest post and I hope you are done now.

Fine, carry on posting the way you do. It's your choice after all. Let us know when significant changes have been made to HPP as a result of what's being posted here.

As a resident of HPP I'm interested in the HPP threads. I try to follow them as best I can. Most of the problems with the board are complex and convoluted, and have been going on for a long time. It's difficult to write about these tangled, byzantine issues without falling down the rabbit hole.*
I would read the HPP threads more frequently, and perhaps ask more questions and request clarifications on the comments here, but most of the time I find I'm simple too confused by the multiple names given to the players involved, the revolving door of board members, and comments made that may require knowledge of another comment written three pages ago. If there was a way to simplify any of this, while retaining the details and accuracy of events, it would be helpful.
*In its most purely Carrollian sense, then, to fall down a rabbit hole means to stumble into a bizarre and disorienting alternate reality.

It is difficult at times to express what's going on in a succinct way because it is very complex, convoluted and tangled up. I've been observing the board of directors closely for over 4 yrs now and I need to be mindful that I have this kind of understanding and knowledge because I've been in the trenches for several years now. BUT even so, it's difficult to provide the information in a sequential way that everyone can understand ALL of the time...hence your spot on insight. Some people can pick up because they too have been involved to a degree that they can understand the information.
I've often referenced HPP business to a big bowl of convoluted spaghetti that may be impossible to untangle. When bylaws are broken and reps try to mop up or cover up their mess by making up their own bylaws and policies, it creates a domino affect that convolutes ALL HPP business in a very negative way. This I believe makes the reps appear like bumbling idiots because even they get lost in their own mess.
Sometimes the majority board doesn't even care to cover up their mess...those now in power are so arrogant they don't care what anyone else thinks. They have their agenda and that's all they care about. If rules have to be broken to achieve their agenda, so be it. If you get thrown under the bus or squashed in the process, so be it. Dist 5 rep L Laucik and Dist 7 rep L Blyth were obstacles that needed to be removed from power.
I give district reps names for a reason and try to include the district number. It's good for members to know how they're being represented or not, by their district rep. Having this information may assist in voting informed when the district elections come around every year, or prompt one to start a recall on their director. A recall is a process where lot owners can remove their director. You have to collect 200 signatures from lot owners in your district (the Bylaw Committee will be proposing to amend it to 100 signatures) that would then prompt a mail out of ballots to the entire district requesting a vote to remove the director. The ballot would include reason for removal and the director would have an opportunity to dispute those reasons on the ballot. A two thirds majority vote of the valid ballots returned would remove the director. I started a recall process on my director and she resigned when we reached that 200 signature threshold to prompt the ballot stage.
The board can start a recall on a fellow director who was voted in via a district election process. It takes two thirds vote of the board (6) to start a recall ballot process. If the board doesn't agree that there's a problem w/a director, then the only other option is for the lot owners to recall the director themselves. I haven't seen a board start a recall process on one of their peers.
HOTPE, I appreciate your comments. Your insight is amazing.

HOTPE has said the same thing I have been saying. Maybe now some will get it.
