Apologies for resurrecting an old thread, but saw this on the news this evening. An app (currently only for iPhones), that'll handle robocalls and spam for you, plus annoying the callers:

Scroll down and have a listen to Roboradio to listen to some of the very funny conversations spammers have with the app! One of my favorites so far is the app pretending to be Russian and asking the caller if he's phoning from the gulag. Definitely worth $24 a year.
