Most of these shooters kill, then kill themselves, or know they are going down in a horrific blaze of glory. So thet may not care if the campus is armed. Look at the guy at Fort Hood, who killed all of the people on a military base, talk about armed.

Guns are never going away. Even if you find a way to curtail sales, what about the 300 MILLION guns already out there? Hello black market! When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.
