Good old SheaG telling people:
"If you are planning to stay anywhere in lower Puna, to include Kapoho, HPP, Hawaiian Beaches, Pahoa, etc. you should cancel those."

Really surprised the Tourism Authority hasn't stepped in to protect our One Valuable Industry.

It doesn't sound like bad advice at the present time.
Assume the best and ask questions.

Cancel vacations in HPP? There are many, many vacation rentals there, all with the same risk as six months ago, i.e. almost none.
May as well cancel holidays in Kona.

We’re looking forward to our vacation in HPP.

Wish we were there now!

Alaskyn66 is right. Think about the frequency in which we don’t have the trades. ( http://m.hawaiinewsnow.com/hawaiinewsnow...d:lY5SJhGw ) This place will be danderous due to the air quality. I would cancel if I had plans to stay anywhere south of Hilo....
