Chunkster - Has the media become aware of these tickets? If not, they should be made so immediately.

Yes, please send it to Malika and include the codes that Kalakoa provided:

"Code stipulates that any "parking prohibition" requires "official signs erected giving notice thereof" (24-197a) or that the "streets or portions thereof be described in 24-281" (24-197b)."
