Was looking at Trip Advisor and guess who is back...is Pahoa really being inundated with massive amounts of Pele's hair and massive toxins?

Trip Advisor is a joke. Their commercials featuring a talking owl with a British accent put me off doing any business with them for good.

If County was actually concerned about "protecting tourism", they would file charges against TripAdvisor.

How many people actually read those? I didn't even know TA had a forum like this until people started complaining about these two.

TA comes up in search engines when you google travel questions. I think it's popular, lots of views. But boy, does she have a vendetta on Puna or what?

Her vendetta goes back to this board several years ago. A deceased member got pretty nasty as did many of the members. She didn't help her cause and wound up suing someone. But yes, she has it in for Puna.

Now we have an "expert" from Maui saying people shouldn't come to Pahoa, they should go elsewhere (Maui?) and "leave the homes for the homeless".
Can someone please respond politely? I've been banned for life for telling too much truth.
