You need a proactive board to ensure the GM and his road crew maintain the easements and that means also killing the albizias in the HPP easements.
The same group of HPP volunteers who are "storm ready" and able to assist those in need, also assist lot owners w/their albizias. They will come to your property and show you how to kill your albizias and fire ants. Judy Houle, "HPP's guardian angel" is the one who spearheads all these programs and the one to get in touch with through HPP's NW.

Hurricane Fabio should die back down to storm intensity by Wed or Thu.
Plus, it should not head towards us.

Was a Democrat until gun control became a knee jerk, then a Republican until the crazies took over, back to being a nonpartisan again.
This time, I can no longer participate in the primary.

Tropical Storm Hector is worth keeping an eye on. It's the first storm this year to offer a threat to Hawaii. Right now it's far away but forecast to become a hurricane and move into the central Pacific region in a few days.

I wonder how the gloom plume will affect an approaching storm?

Let's take a deep breath and don't start a panic with this storm. It's going to pass well to the south of the BI. I plot storms for my job everyday
If you think health care is expensive now, wait until you see what it cost when it’s free...now here come the taxes.....

You should have been supervising the missile alert guy.
