building in Leilani

Getting ready to build (well when we get permitted) a house in Leilani and would like some contact for bids with local framers, site prep, electricians, roofers plumbers and concrete work. Probably to start the end of Dec.,early Jan., excepy site prep which will hopefully occur in the next 30 days. Need to be licensed and have references.

Where in LE are you building, our house in LE is finishing up, we are on Hookupu. Are you on Island? We have been using Skybuilders and are extremely happy.
