Attack on Seaview lawn.

"That is what Hawaii Island is for. The end of the line for those unwanted elsewhere."

"He seemed a bit off but not all that much by Puna standards."

Very quotable material.

"There is another video of the brawl later."

That video, attack, was brutal and looks like it caused serious injury to the victim. So was the attacker arrested?
One Thing I can always be sure of is that things will never go as expected.

It was so brutal, and I witnessed it firsthand that I cannot go back and watch it. Warning to others that might think about clicking on it. That guy that did the attacking is f***ed and he deserves to be, regardless of conditions of the previous feud between them.

It looked like a deathblow to me as I saw it in person and it's on video. If I were on the jury it looked more like attempted murder than assault.

It did look like attempted murder to me too.
No one in their right mind would hit someone like that.

Yea I wrote this earlier, but after seeing that vicious assault, two comments: 1) despite all the eccentric characters here, we are mostly non-violent 2) the assailant deserves a long, long prison term.

Seems odd to post the story about the lawsuit without mentioning that he got attacked a couple of days before.

Here we are a week later and I haven't seen any state TV news channel talk about this story. Also where is Hawaiinewsnow? And where is the Tribune Herald story on this? Is our island and the news media that slow? Only able to rely on Facebook for info? Seems pitiful.

Anyway Seeb, through coconut-wireless the victim, Justin, is still in a Coma.
