HPP BIZ: Part the third
Mermaid

This was posted on the Judiciary website Please look at the date.

The latest from the court !

03/02/2020 Order Denied
ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT AS TO THE RESGINATION OF FORMER DIRECTOR OF CRAIG CRELLY FILED ON AUGUST 20, 2019

This statement is strictly your opinion.

"Therefore, Crelly is NOT a 4th director and it still stands that there has been NO legal process that would make him a legitimate 4th director of the board at this time. He is in legal limbo."

Again Obie is posting alternate facts and disinformation. Please proceed cautiously with this person's posts. Nothing new has occurred with the lawsuit.

Obie could you possibly share a link so others can see where you’re information is originated? Mahalo

I can't provide a link. You would have to go to the judiciary website.

Thanks for sharing the facts Mermaid. I know it'll go in your favor so no worries. You got right on your side. So it's the plaintiff that's holding things up in getting a trustee assigned to HPP? The guy who's suing HPP shouldn't be on the board of directors while he's suing us. He needs to resign. There's no doubt this was planned out with all those resignations. Same goes for the general manager. We're paying him a good salary and this is how he repays HPP? Glad Creeley's still out of the picture. All these people need to pay back HPP for damages.

I agree, but LK doesn’t even have to resign. According to the Conflict of Interest POLICY, he is “ineligible to serve the association until such time as the legal proceeding is resolved and/or completed.”

Good to have a conversation but Obie and Stillwater need to state the facts not just what they think. SMH...

Since we’re back on the discussion, I’d like to clear something up. Stillwater wants to talk about the wonderful audit. The audit is/was only to make sure items were being posted and posted in the correct accounts. This was not a forensic audit which would cost a lot more than the regular end of fiscal year audit that’s done every year. Check the website www.hppoa.net for all the audited financial statements.

I don’t have the link. It’s in the legal docs for the association. I’m sure someone you know has a copy. I quoted it direct from the Policy.

That's right KPHawaii. As a matter of FACT, Craig Crelly was president and the plaintiff was on the board at the time the Conflict of Interest Policy was created and passed. It's still an active policy as it was never rescinded.

It states that anyone, be it a member, committee member or board member suing the Association, can't serve on a committee or board until the lawsuit is resolved.
