I know and have met Obie. He is a male who lived in Kapoho until his house was buried by lava. He then moved to Hilo and he can tell you where he is currently living, that's not my business. But let's be clear - anyone who thinks Obie is a female is very much mistaken and hurts your credibility the more you claim it as a fact.

You say this is why HPPOA is in court. I respectfully disagree. Anyone can accuse someone, as Larry has done in his lawsuit. So, you posting what Larry is suing the association for is just that, his accusations. I’ve heard from numerous people that other board members have yelled at and harassed members at board meetings. Maybe others should sweep around their own front doors. I think you retaliating in this manner is childish in my book.

One of the things I complained about with all the previous HPP threads is that everyone involved posts as if they assume everyone else knows who or what they are talking about. They don't.
I assume Larry = Larry Kawaauhau. Let me know if I'm wrong because I had to search this thread and Google. I suggest using people's last names when people are mentioned, just to make things less confusing for everyone else. It seems a small group of people in HPP don't like each other so we get a soap opera in Punatalk. Just remember that not everyone can watch every episode so you need a recap at the start of every episode and then make the plot as simple as possible so regular people can keep up. I'm waiting for who made someone else pregnant president at this point.

FACT: Tomk hasn't met Leilani Bronson-Crelly and she is well known as an abrasive person in HPP politics with a well known agenda against very specific politics and people that matches Obie's posts.
FACT: Leilani Bronson-Crelly is friends with Mr Obermann.
FACT: Mr Obermann has posted on PT.

FACT: Tomk doesn't attend board and membership meetings.

Obviously in a lawsuit there are two sides, the plaintiff/s and the defendant/s. The defendants which includes THE ASSOCIATION is at a disadvantage because the lawsuit docs only have allegations from the plaintiff's side. They are 100% false and legal counsels as I stated before, said "they threw everything but the kitchen sink", and/or "threw everything on the wall to see what would stick".
FACT: Since the plaintiff put all these allegations in his lawsuit, he will be hard pressed to produce material evidence. Craig Crelly is very involved with the lawsuit that many wonder why he's not a plaintiff, and it was stated as such at the Oct 3, 2019 court hearing by HPP's attorney, so this is public knowledge.
The FACTS will come out in an evidentiary hearing. We have all the FACTS and material evidence for our defense so I have no fears.
Stillwater, same as Obie, you have way too much inside knowledge of HPP politics. You and I have debated in director emails for a year so I recognize your writing and your personal attacks. You won't answer my question about the auditor meeting that you mentioned to KPHawaii in your post, even though I've asked you multiple times and you continue to deflect my question. You did this while you were a director when I asked for transparency.
You won't answer my question because it will out yourself as the former treasurer.
