Interisland COVID testing, expiring or no?

Over on Oahu right now, looking to go to BI for a few days. I read a blurb about the Hawaii county enforced pre-travel COVID testing requirement for inter-island travel may expire as of Nov 30.

Anybody else know about this? Inside scoop from anybody that works at the airport or for the county?

Now that there is a monetization component to the testing, don't expect it to end soon.
