I guess maybe the officer investigating the other officer "didn't observe" those things.
I agree that we should let it play out. I just thought it seemed strange that they wouldn't say whether or not they did a test or that they didn't observe any signs of impairment and it "stopped right there".
Again, isn't that the first thing ANYONE thinks when there is an accident involving no one else? The second thing I think of is that maybe it was a medical thing.
But then again, maybe that's just me...
