Chicken soup has the same effect I think.
Do you have a peer reviewed source of sigma-3 or higher?

Is there a facepalm emoji?
Facepalm emoji is no more effective than placebo. Do your research!

Interesting. Of course, when placebos account for a measurable percentage of outcomes anything you stuff down your throat will do something, right? But hey, I am sure the folks that manufacture ivermectin are happy no matter.

Ivermectin Did Nothing To Help COVID-19 Patients, Large Study Finds

Which is summarized..

Researchers in the trial initially gave patients a one-day dose of ivermectin, which is commonly used to treat parasitic diseases, but they also adapted the trial to give some patients the drug in the first three days after a positive COVID-19 test. That group, they found, actually had worse outcomes than those who took a placebo.

But, regardless, I am sure I speak for all when I say I am happy for your recovery..
Hey guess what!

Last week I slathered mayonnaise on my sunburn!
Act surprised.

You guys can’t think for yourself? Just click the link to the study and look at the numbers. Try think for yourself.

same study we were already discussing, click results, got to table 3.
18% reduction is hospitalization, 27% reduction in ventilation, 13% reduction in death.

Here’s a study that shows aloe does not work, discontinue use immediately.

I don't see why anyone would bother when you're doing such a good job for us..

From the article/study you suggest bolsters your conclusions..

SECONDARY OUTCOMES

Table 3. Secondary Outcomes with Ivermectin as Compared with Placebo.. There were no significant differences between the ivermectin group and the placebo group with regard to viral clearance at day 7.. There were no significant between-group differences with regard to the risk of hospitalization for any cause.. blah blah blah..

But hey, keep digging, I am sure that hole aint deep enough..
But hey, keep digging,...

Yes, keep digging through those reports, maybe there's a silver lining somewhere, a percentage of hope somewhere:

A psychiatrist was consulted regarding identical twins. The parents were told to give the pessimist a room filled with wonderful toys while the room for the optimist was filled with “horses**t and maybe a shovel-but that’s all”. The disparate reactions were recounted

The pessimistic kid was slouched in a chair with a dejected look on his face. He hadn’t even removed the gift wrappings. “What’s the use?” he asked glumly, “I probably won’t like what I find-and if I do, I won’t get to keep it.”

A marked contrast greeted them in the other room. With a broad grin on his face, the optimist was shoveling for all he was worth. “With all this fertilizer,” he declared, “there’s got to be a pony! There's got to be a pony in here somewhere!”
