Well we finally finished the floor and substructure. Feels like we already framed a
whole house. We got our wall lumber and trusses
yesterday. So more fun to come. We had our first happy hour up on the floor last night Please check out our updated pics.

Hi Wyatt,
I am also looking into building my own too. I was just wondering how long you think the project will take to complete and how many people are working with you.

Hi canhle,
welcome and thanks for checking out our site. There is just the two of us working on it. Once in awhile we get an extra hand to lift anything super heavy. We will have to get a lisenced plumber and electriction as the state requires. We figure this will take us 1 year to build. We have a month and half of that is vacation. The smaller home we built took us 7 months. We did all the work we could. The pictures are on the same site as the others just view the other album. Good luck.

Well we started building walls and had the fortune of a local builder/framer looking to fill a few days between projects ask us if we needed help.He came highly recomended. Worked well for us. He needed to leave a few times to facilate his other projects so we kept building while he was gone. Anyway...
We managed to frame the whole house in less than a week and are setting trusses tommorow. Please check out our progress pics.
