How do you transplant coconut palms

I have a bunch of 3 to 4 ft tall palms with the nut still showing on top of ground i need to transplant in cinder, is there any trick to keeping them alive when i do it

Coconut palms are very easy to transplant in cinder. Just dig a small hole about 1 foot deep and the roots will take hold in no time.
