Here is the web site of a guy who lives in a 100 sq ft home and designs tiny homes. As you can see from the pictures several of his designs have been built on trailers.

Another small housebuilder:

These seem a bit pricey to have built, but if you're handy the plans aren't too expensive.

If anyone is interested in these tumbleweed houses, I have their 26 page booklet and it is free to the first one who would like it. Just email me and I'll get your address and mail it off.

...what everyone did with toilet issues for camping or shed construction...any ideas/experience would be appreciated, so I could see if this is a viable solution without entirely roughing it....

Do like the construction guys do - order a lua - about $150 a month - for a few $$ extra you can get one that "flushes"... or once your waste water system is in and approved (!!) - a couple of people I know put the potty right over the clean out!

Just a thought regarding"There is a sanitation problem that needs to be addressed. Without the proper disposal of humun waste, the very real possibility of people getting sick exists. Not only for those camping, but their nieghbors as well. This is the primary reason the county frowns on this sort of activity."

But isn't interesting that somebody can have 12 dogs pooping all over the neighborhood ,but that is not considered a health issue?
