PUNA WEB PARTY TIME---AGAIN
#1
Jayne and I are back home and conditions on the mainland turned out better then expected.
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers ….. because they worked!
Our trip took us back east to NJ and NYC and I gotta’ tell “yous guys” how lucky we are to call the BI home.
OK here we go again…the new date for the Puna Web Party will be Sunday September 9 starting at high noon. I hope that even more Punatics can make it to our home to celebrate all good things.
We will keep you posted on what will be needed as the date gets closer, but the most important thing you can bring is you and your family.

Jayne-Scott-Janet and Mom invite everyone out to Hawaiian Beaches for a Puna Party
Sunday Sept. 9 at High Noon
Theme- INTERNATIONAL FLAVORS (Pot Luck)
Jayne’s menu will include, Italian Panzanella Salad-Penne w/Vodka Sauce-Chicken Cacciatore
Dessert: Frozen Mango, Blackberry Cassis and Vanilla Mosaic
We will provide soda, iced tea and lemonade-But, BYOB or wine
One or two coolers with ice would be appreciated
Gas grill ready for anyone who may want to BBQ
No need to bring any paper products or utensils, we’ve got plenty
Please bring lawn chairs for yourselves and one pop-up (Royall)
Directions to 15-314 Puni Makai North, Pahoa
Take Hwy 130 to Kahakai Blvd, turn onto Kahakai and head down toward the ocean
At 4-1/2 miles from Hwy 130 there will be a green sign on your right (Hawaiian Beaches Park)
Immediately after the sign make a left onto Puni Makai North
Go past the park (On your left) and down 3-4 side streets on the left
Our home is on the corner of Nehu and Puni Makai.
Try to park on Nehu or maybe the street before our house, in our driveway or Puni Makai in front of an empty lot and try to be considerate of our neighbors. Yes Pam we have neighbors.
The house is off white with green trim.
We are giving plenty of notice so everyone can clear their calendars and attend.
Call Jayne for additional information

Bear and I are glad to hear that your mainland business worked out better than expected. We will happily attend. The Bear is thinking about making his Thai chicken soup. Should we bring some disposable plastic bowls, or do you have?

Cheerfully back on track,
Jerry

I am glad everything is ok, Julie and I are having withdrawals waiting for our house to sell so we booked a trip on the 5th for two weeks. We haven't been to a Punaweb party since the first one at Pam's. We are excited to be able to make another one so
would be glad to attend.

J & S, glad to here everything is OK! We can still bring stuff, if needed. (Plan to come, barring school field trips, hurricanes, lava .....)

Asteriod showers, meteors, UFOs, earthquakes, shelf collapses.....OK, this week held way too much fun!

Jayne and Scott,
I am glad that everything is OK now. I will be at your party. If husband is still lucky catching fishes as he's been doing lately, I will bring pan-fried fishes topping with stired-fried veggies in sweet- and-sour sauce (Thai/Chinese style). If not, it'll be noodle dish as Noel kindly suggested ;=)
