Hubby noted, though they show alkaline AA batteries in the package, the AA batteries in the lattern battery were STANDARD (and much less expensive at stores than alkaline batteries...so probably no $$$ savings)... most electronics today have a heavy draw for the standard batteries, and they will not last long...
