I tried but Tony didn't show up at the Makuu Market yesterday! I actually am planning to buy one for everybody at my office. I wonder if I get a volume discount? Smile

I like that idea. A lot of times, I give people local jams, jellies, etc but Punatic gear would work too.

This thread reminds me of when we sold our house on the mainland to head over here. After months of planning every last detail, we were sitting at the closing from the sale of our house back there. We had already shipped everything we wanted and had a few suitcases packed to the gills that were going to accompany us on the plane the next day. Just as we had initialed for the last time on the papers closing the sale of our house, the RE agent who had listed AND sold our house (and was well aware of all of our detailed planning)
presented us with one of those huge "baskets o' stuff" with the shrink wrap and big bow. You know....bottles of wine, boxes of biscuits, bags of coffee and cans of smoked almonds. I looked at my husband and we had all we could to to not crack up. The next morning we were "leaving on a jet plane" and there was NO way we could take this thing!! Our friends that put us up for that last night made out like bandits!! All it would have taken for the RE agent was to give it a little thought....and turned the $250-$300 that the basket cost into some kind of a token gift card for Sears or similar. Some people just don't THINK!!!!

I found this web site that lets you design your own shirts. Made 3 "Punatic" shirts in honor of our move there-in the next 2 years or less if I win the Lotto. Smile
