These are belief systems. What is "Right" to one person maybe "Wrong" to another.
Sorry, I don't buy that line. I'll humor you and go along with it, but only within reasonable boundries. But this isn't the place for that debate.

I agree with you on the reasonable boundaries issue. I don't think either Damon or I would argue that the concepts of right and wrong are purely theoretical. I know I was only speaking in the context of others trying to convince Anagami that he/she is "wrong" about this side of the Big Island.
Personally, I think that guacamole is "wrong" and is, in fact, an abomination so vast that its a miracle that the heavens themselves don't open up and rain fire upon all who gaze upon the vile concoction.
But that's just me.

ROTFLMAO! And it's been awhile since that's happened!

I would have posted earlier but I have been stuck on "didjeridu". I was convinced that it must be the meanest, scariest, biggest, most venomous, aggressive species of centipede on earth! That thought almost, but not quite, changed my opinion on whether or not I wanted to live in Puna. Finally, I got brave enough to consult "wiki" and found out what a "didjeridu" really is. (Big sigh of relief)! I hope my hubby and I get the experience of hearing a didjeridu played on our next visit to Puna!
Thank goodness everyone is not drawn to living in the exact same place on earth! Now that would really create issues!

I thought Anagami's posts, especially on the other forum, sounded strangly bitter, but I have no interest in whether or not he likes any particular location. I have no reason to wish him anthing other than the best of luck.

Darn John.... I was thinking about bringing guacamole to the beach on Sunday! (Actually, this is a lie...Ed is allergic to avocados, but I love them!) Carrie and I can pig out someday....
