I know this quote has been used before... but I thought it was fitting that they used it in their most recent post:
"...Fiji water, for example," he said. "A one-liter bottle is taken out of the aquifer of this little island, and shipped all the way across the world, producing like half a pound of greenhouse gases so you can have this one-liter bottle of water..."

These guys have no respect for the sea they're going into. If a rescue is necessary they should have to pay, ditto if they loose any bottles. Go to work and raise some money for your cause, don't be laying a guilt trip on everyone else. Develop a way to cash in on the bulk plastic.

I think the answer is in the article. You need to read it.
They want to raise $15,000 to ship back $750 worth of plastic bottles.
Or something like that. Perhaps the raft is now a museum piece.
