Garbage collection in Ainaloa?

Anyone recommend any garbage service here? We're moved in and the garbage is beginning to accumulate. We need to get trash service! Please help, thanks!

Try ryan k inc. they are at the end of aloha st (pahoa end) behind the tall covered chainlink fence in ainaloa.

this makes me realize I haven't had trash service in six years, since I got here. We take ours to the transfer station. I didn't even know it was an option to have it picked up. [:0]

Try Big Island Disposal Service. 938-4495. You can get a free 95 gallon recycle bin from them. All you do is rinse your tin cans and other food contianers like milk jugs and mayo jars and put them in the recycling bin instead of the rubbish bin. You can also put other recycleables in there. They come once a week for the rubbish and once a month for the recycle, unless you need it more. They have different bin sizes to choose from. We found that we recycle so much now that we didn't need the large bin so we down sized to a smaller, less expesive bin. Its nice to have a rolling bin to wheel around when you need it. I also enjoy not going to the transfer staion anymore.
