I have used OREXCO 1031 (Julie Tumbaga) many times in the past. If you already own the property than it can not be part of your 1031 exchange.

How fast for a Castleblock home? Don't those panels and steel framing kits go up a lot faster?

john, yes it is julie tumbaga. apparently, her clients are very satisfied with her knowledge and professionalism. right, we would have to buy another property. bummer!
