In today's Tribune Herald, they endorse Faye Hanohano for the State District 4 seat.

I found it interesting - and frustrating - that they give their endorsement to Hanohano without ever saying why they think she is the better candidate. Never a mention of Fred Blas' name. Hmmm...

in the three months that I subscribed... I was not sure it was a "news" paper at all.

It might be considered a conservative paper by Hawaii standers, but in Hawaii John McCain is extreme right wing and Barack Obama is a moderate.
