Anyone have any feedback on quality and reliability for Jeff Hartz of Jeff's Electric out of Pahoa?

We are considering him to take over our new construction electrical. Unfortunately, our electrician moved off the island before completing our job.

We used Jeff shortly after we bought our house to remedy some potentially dangerous 'wiring' that the previous owner had done. He also put in a new circuit for our washer and a security light.
His bid was fair and so was his bill. He told me what was what and didn't push into the myriad other problems in our house that will eventually need attention. In fact, he taught me alot about HI electric code and practices from the 70's that eased my initials concerns.
When we can afford it I will definately call Jeff again.
