According to Wikipedia he was convicted of first-degree murder and has 18 armed robbery convictions.
But somehow he was let out on probation after 18 months so something doesn't make sense.

Again, you folks in Punaland, how does such a clown get licensing to wear cop paraphernalia and chase people on public streets??? Guidance counselor or social worker, definately YES!!! Other than that, someone out there please explain.

I guessing his past has something to do with their not ever having a gun. Convicted felon = no guns. It appears felons are still elligible for a bondsman license. What cop paraphernalia? His pepper spray may even be the milder stuff when in Hawaii where the potent stuff is restricted. He wears a bondsman badge and likes black. What other cop stuff do you refer to. Their equipment vests look more military but could be dual purpose. Personally I'am glad he chanced sides and I wish him well.

Not one of my favorites, but at least he's earning money - unlike so many ex***, former***, reformed*** who found their way to suck off some tax exempt or tax grant sucking group. Just my opinion, so chill.
