I was reminded that last year I posted the directions here on PW.
 Soooooooo copy and paste.....DIRECTIONS: From Hilo - Hwy 19 MM 18.5 Ninole sign on right, turn left onto old highway. Turn right at "T". Second Piha Kahuku Rd sign (the GREEN, county sign) turn left. Up about a mile. Drive goes diagonally to left. Private Drive sign on pole with 32-353 below. Turn left, thru gate at the red/white/blue little house and follow drive. Park considerately of others please. The dogs will probably announce your arrival. David Ninole Resident

Dang, I can't make it after all. Hurt my back a couple of days ago while trying to lift a 7-gal planting pot. Doesn't look like I will be in better shape by Saturday. Have a fun day!!

Jan has made is back from the mainland after driving our daughter from Atlanta to Seattle.
She is very happy to be able to attend after meaning previous two years of Sophie and David's gatherings. We will be bringing corn on the cob and corn muffins. Gary "Matt" and Jan Matthews

Hi David,
if it's not too late, I'd like to come. It's been a hectic week and I wasn't sure I could -- will still have to hustle to make my food offering. It will just be me. As my apple trees have suddenly presented me with a bunch of apples (surprising, no?), I'm thinking an apple salad. It'll be my own experimental recipe, or maybe I'll make two kinds, one with gorgonzola. Plus a bottle of wine. If I have a pineapple ripe I will bring it. |
