Not the least upset by the responses. They were expected..... The guy was just plain weird but he can sure sing and he can definitely dance. I never saw a live concert but I suspect it would be spectacular. He defined showmanship for his time. I hear the film is fun... and that is what I am looking for. Seldomly hit the big theater but this calls for a big screen indeed. Carrie, we will go.... Hubby Bob says he will come too. Hope others join us. We should plan movie and lunch or dinner or something.
Wooo Hoooo

Having spent a very minor amount of time on the edges of the music industry, I found the film intriguing. There was definitely a high energy show being rehearsed and they were very close to ready for production. They did most of the music I loved and it was great fun. Can't wait to go again with Carrie.

Pam - I've seen the film at home - downloaded the torrent. It was wonderful and a testament to what a talent he was. Very enjoyable.
Wow.[

I was in the city over the weekend and saw the film with my sis. MJ was gifted and talented, if eccentric and the movie crowd was thrilled with this film. Everyone singing and applauding, loving him and his performance. He made quite an impression on a huge number of people. I didn't realize that Michael Jackson had such an ecological perspective about his work. We both enjoyed this performance.

Carrie, I am guessing that since you saw it at home, we are not on for tomorrow/Friday?

Yes, Pam - if you go I know you will enjoy it again! I can't say enough how wonderful it was to see this kind of talent in the works.
I am opting to work today elsewhere...only about a week or so left until unemployment...gotta get the funds up a little!
