We've eaten avocados almost daily since last July.
Now, in March, the last trees are giving us the final delights until the season starts again in July (we are trying to find trees of Murishige and Linda varieties so we have a 12-month season).
Two new recipes we've used are definitely keepers and replace mayonnaise with avocado: deviled/stuffed eggs, and pasta/macaroni salad. Delicious!
