Actually, someone on dialup internet can actually listen to most of the stations. There are a number of Hawaii stations that offer streaming. This is really nice for those that are in "reception challenged" locations.
One could probably get wireless broadband internet from a couple of the local providers, broadband from cell carriers, and possibly even satellite. There are choices - you just have to pay. What happens when dialup gets cancelled?
