Thanks Rob and Dave. Guess I was just hoping for a list and breakdown to make it easier however, followed your advise and I have just finished reading the entire building portion ........wow took a while but a wealth of information. Place my bid for some land just like Tony did and will be hearing soon on modifications I have asked about on a trojan house also. Hope to be seeing some of you puna webbers one day soon.
