Buy or Build?

John, you apparently have close ties to both the Puna area and the Kona side. Now that Kona is affordable to us, we are looking into the pros and cons of East side versus West side living. What do you see as the advantages and disadvantages of Puna and Kona. (And anyone else who has experienced both sides as residents...).
