For solar there is an electrical contractor (you need a licensed Hawaii contractor for this)
that knows his stuff and is very reasonable. He will even work with you as an owner builder so you can save a lot there. His name is Chad Kissinger at 968-8930. He was pulled my permit and I got it inspected and passed on the first try.
