I did and found out the there are some serious problems that have delayed the projects. The pool system leaks badly so must be fixed prior to a new heating system. And, the electrical service is so under rated that it must be replaced to handle new lights. These problems will cost lots of money that the County does not have at this point. The Parks and Recreation Dept., and the Mayors Office are addressing these issues. It is now out of Emily's hands although her office is staying on top of any progress.
