A new SUP would require the normal procedures, including input from the immediate neighbors and the public. All proposed facilities would have to meet current codes.
I am rather skeptical that SPACE could come up with the monies needed to meet current codes for the activities that they are engaged in; i.e. ADA bathrooms and paved parking, etc. to meet commercial codes. They are HUGE!
This would hardly be a rubber stamp approval as I think that you are implying. And, what's with the attitude?
