Yes I am, but the mild winter has prevented me from expiring with disappointment over our house not selling. My Realtor said only little rentals to be are being sold. Any place with acreage similar to mine that sold had a manufactured home on it. They were way under the standards of my two story remodeled farm house. I'm waiting. Peggy
