I have taken my basic design and provided it to two different people hoping to see what they will come up with. ONe to the son and his people and one to another on Hilo. Waiting to see who can get the permits etc etc and best price. Currently one quoted 3000 and permits not included (big island) waiting to hear back from son's contacts (prices) and if it can get all processed on Oahu. Will let you know.
